Pelinkovac is a popular bitter liqueur based on wormwood, usually in Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia-Herzegovina, as well as in Slovenia, where it is known as pelinkovec or pelinovec. It has a very bitter taste. Without artificial aromas, it remains truly unique due to the traditional recipe and carefully selected herbs mixture.
