Liquor Store Supervisor - Newborough

We have an exciting opportunity for a
Retail Store Supervisor to join our close-knit retail team based at our
Newborough Drive-thru on a full-time basis. The role requires high levels
of motivation and organisation.

In this role you'll be responsible for:

  • Upholding Excellent customer service levels
  • Store Presentation
  • Manage, Roster, Train and work closely with staff to develop their skills
  • Time management of daily tasks to ensure our customers experience exceeds our competitors
  • Ensuring pricing and other group compliance is adhered in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring Loss prevention strategies are followed
  • Contributing to the efficiency & improvement of retail operations
  • Evolving, growing, and developing with the business for growth.

 To be successful in this role, you should have: 

  • Strong communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent Work Ethic
  • Ability to manage, lead and mentor staff
  • Prior experience in retail liquor or hospitality combined with strong sales skills including wine knowledge
  • have proven success in increasing sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
  • strong operational & problem-solving skills
  • good IT/computer skills. outstanding verbal and written communication.

 As this is a fast-paced operation we do require you to be fit, and flexible with work requirements. 

The Rosters is a rotating Roster
including Weekends and some nights. This role is approximately 38-45 hours per
week. 

Liquor Retail Staff

About You

  • You have had experience working in the Retail or Hospitality Sector
  • You have a current RSA Certificate
  • Reliable
  • You have a great work ethic
  • Available to work weekends and nights
  • You are a strong communicator and bring good customer service skills

About the role

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Provide our customers with excellent customer service
  • Ensure the store is well presented
  • Put away stock

We have multiple shifts available across our sites with a range of hours and days

  • Full time: 38-45 hours per week for full time
  • Casual: 10+ hours

Stores Include; Morwell, Newborough, Korumburra and Warragul.

Warehouse Pickers

About you

  • You have had experience working full time as a picker/replenisher in a big box retail outlet, warehouse, or logistics business.
  • You have a current forklift licence
  • You have a good knowledge of Gippsland
  • You are a strong communicator and bring good customer service skills
  • Experience with an electric pallet jack would be an advantage

About the role

The successful applicant will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Check off deliveries
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Pick and pack orders
  • Put away stock

We have multiple roles across day & afternoon shifts

  • Full time: 38-45 hours per week for full time
  • Casual: 20+ hours

Truck Driver - HR/HC Gippsland

We currently have full time positions for HR or HC Drivers based in our Morwell (Gippsland) Distribution Centre.
