Head Distiller Adam Hannett created this single malt Scotch with the intention of bringing the distillery's maritime and flowery notes to life in his whisky. This whisky, which was initially developed for the travel retail market, has a wonderful sweet citrus aroma and a fresh, vibrant palate thanks to the use of mostly ex-Bourbon barrels. It has notes of ripe orchard fruits, salted caramel, and lemon marmalade, hints of raspberry laces and strawberry shortcake. Best served neat on ice. Size: 700ml ALC. VOL 50%
