The resulting liqueur is delicate and well-balanced, with fresh floral aromas and flavours as well as hints of pear, apricot, and grapefruit zest. Blended with a small amount of citrus and natural sugar cane to enhance the subtle flavour of the Elderflowers. Mix St Germain, Prosecco and Soda water for a refreshing summer Hugo Spritz.
